Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely place the unused items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
